Eye glasses left spots on my nose, how do I get rid of them?

I recently had laser eye surgery, and I have not worn glasses since. Well, except for sunglasses.
Before that I had worn my glasses for 17 years straight. Now I am left with two ugly spots on my nose, a remembrance of my glasses wearing days.
Is there a way to get rid of these spots? Will they fade away by themselves in a couple of months?

yeah by time they would but till then just cover them up or use cocoa butter to reduce the scars but i wouldn’t suggest it since they are close to your eyes and on your face.
